ok it seems i wont be able to remove paint holograms/buffer trails with the swissvax cleaner fluid regular so I heard that "Swissvax Cleaner Fluid Professional" will do it.I wanna apply it and work it in with my PC, So what uber pad do you guys recommend,do i need to use a finishing polish after the CF Pro?those damn holograms are driving me effin crazy..
Pretty sure you can get away with not having to. It usually finishes down well in most cases. But may depend on how trashed the paint is.
the paint color is black it has been detailed and there is no hair-lines,swirls just those effin lite holograms
Swissvax Cleaner Fluid Professional doesnt need another finishing polish, you finish it down with it then its ready for Swissvax Wax, no need to use the normal cleaner fluid either
green pad CCS Lake countries was what we used for some show cars we had at the Edmonton Motorshow so I dont know which Uber cut that is.....
I used the Flex DA machine at the black Audi A6 2000, first with the green Über, but after several minutes looking into the paint i could still see some buffertrails/holograms in certen angles, so i switched to the blue Über and it was all gone. The CFP is a final polish, no need for anything after, beside a good wax
Remember you have to manipulate the polish with water frequently. When i use the Professional, which i use quite often, each treated area requires 1-3 sprays of water to keep the product lubricated enough to finish down without leaving holograms. You should also polish around under 1200RPM with the rotary with barely any pressure. Try the Swissvax pads, using them results in an even more impressive gloss. I particularly favor the Fine (White) Pad. what i love about the Swissvax polishes is how you can spray water and the polish just keeps working. A little also goes a long way. The key is to keep the pad constantly slightly moist. Thanks to Darren@Swissvax for this advice! it helped me tremendously when i was polishing a jet black 540i In order abrasive-finishing Mechanical Repair CF Strong CF Professional (Finishes similar to medium) CF Medium CF Regular (No abrasive)
