I had ordered some Chaos and when it cam the lid was cracked. I sent and email and sent a messsage on their web page and no return email or lid in the mail. Is this normal for Victoria? I have saran wrap over the container and the lid taped on but I am afraid it is going to dry up on me.
Email wyllie@victoriawax.com works all the time for me. Usually get a response back within in the hour. It prob won't dry up on you. But ya they will for sure send you a replacement lid. Did you order it straight from Victoria Wax?
Hi everyone, we did reply to the request with 'please return the product for replacement'. Both Canada Post & U.S. Postal Service would have returned the package to the sender if there was visible damage to it with no extra charges. Also, some postal outlets don't offer this service or don't know about it and a claim for damages would have rectified any out of pocket expenses. I really enjoy our postal systems when they work properly. We do try working within the system at all times. I believe the cracked lid has been replaced when we realized that some e@mails did not get delivered. David
