Hey guys, as some of you may know we just finished a successful groupbuy for Ioncoat Naviwax Dark here. I have heard some people asking about one of their other offerings, Naviwax Ultimate. Now I understand that not everyone is a wax whore like some of us, and you may want some time between group buys. So I am posting up this thread as a feeler to see if there are even enough people interested in this wax to start an official groupbuy. Again just like the last thread I am not making any money on this wax. I am just setting it up and collecting the money. Also this time around, mainly since we are dealing with more money, I will need all the payments up front before I place the order, and I will not be able to take up the slack on the extra pots if we don't make it to 15. Not trying to sound like a dick, but I just don't have the money to do it this time. So here are the specifics of this deal. We need to get 15 people to get the best price. I am only going to deal with the best price since for some reason people aren't willing to deal too much on this wax, I'm assuming because it is in higher demand than the Naviwax Dark. So if we get 15 people for this group buy it will be $77 USP shipped per pot. That includes shipping only in the CONUS and it will be more to ship to Hawaii or Canada. Now this wax is suppose to be fairly different from the normal Naviwax. According to the site it has more carnuba in it, will last longer (they say about 3 months) and has the ability to fill minor swirls. Also unlike the normal Naviwax this isn't WOWO, but you can let it haze for a little while. Also they say it can be applied to a damp vehicle, but I don't know if I would actually do that or not. I really should see if my friend in Japan is willing to help you guys out with these groupbuys but I dont know if shipping from Japan still has troubles at the moment. Should be saving about 20 bucks a tub but hes a full time english teacher over there :S
Solid savings. The cheapest I've seen to order it is just over $89 on eBay UK. I was also told by the seller (naviwax), there have been cases where the tins of wax would take 4 weeks to deliver, and one was currently in transit over 5 weeks. Your other group buy went down in a very timely manner. You can add me to the list. I'm interested, and paying up front is no problem.
If this helps anybody that is on the fence I picked up a sample from carproductstested and it IS an awesome wax. It beads like crazy and really sheets the water like you would not believe. I think it is worth the $77 a tub with out a doubt.
I have it next to 845 and it beads just as nice but sheets the water 10 times better. Once I start driving down the road the Ultimate side is dry and the 845 side still has beads on it until I go faster. Crazy to watch. I applied it with a damp applicator and it went on and off super easy.
