    Hi guys

Helped my brother detail his Ferrari 328 GTS today to get it ready for our Ferrari club concours tomorrow

This car is originally from the UK, a former concours winner and is part of the worldwide Ferrari Classiche register, and has travelled only 2700 miles. My brother did the wash and prep. He isnt a fan of the abbrassive polish at all, so all i did was clean/fill with CK RMG/VMG mixed 1:1 on a black LC CCS and then topped with one coat of Naviwax Ultimate

As usual the CK RMG/VMG was a breeze to apply and remove. It filled some light wash induced swirls and left a nice deep finish. I then set out to test the Naviwax Ultimate

Application was identical to the Naviwax Dark in that you first dampen the supplied sponge app, twist a few times in the tub and wipe on one panel at a time. These two waxes feel awefully similar, even down to the chemical smell - definitely present throughout the detail but not overpowering like the Colly pastes

The Naviwax Ultimate played it's own role in hiding what swirls were left and this level of filling really suprised me. I wouldnt call it quite Prima Amigo or Blackhole level of filling, but can definitely be seen on the panel as you go panel by panel - i applied in both horizontal and vertical strokes. Upon removal depth was amped up and also gloss. A great wax, though on face value i really dont see much difference bw the Dark. Perhaps durability will be better, but since this car is a garage queen, ill leave that test for my own car

Used Blackhole on all the metal work, then sealed with Opti-Seal to leave a nice matt finish.

Finished pics taken on my iphone4 - keep in mind our warehouse is light with those industrial metal hallides, so the finish will look even better out in the sun

Domino, isnt that the same type of Ferrari used in the movie Weird Science?

Oh yeah. I remember back in the day RMG and Souveran were mentioned on the big "A" all the time.
Not many retailers sell CK products any more. I still like RMG and CMW.

Sick cars...Sick warehouse. How do you feel the Ultimate compares the dark and light versions of naviwax Domino?

    Also,

I see that you always mention your top 5 , top 3 etc. waxes.

Would you mind listing your favorites say...1-10?

imo if you already have the naviwax dark or light, i wouldnt bother buying the ultimate - spend the money instead on trying something from another manufacturer

    1-10 is too hard

    top 5 i can do;

    1) vic red
    2) naviwax dark
    3) lusso
    4) midnight sun
    5) e-zyme

on my car, next wash ill layer the naviwax dark, then top with the ultimate to see if the look changes any

what was covering the yellow lambo? Im looking for a car cover but since my car has a rediculous wing the back its hard to find something. That is quite a collection of cars, any full shots of the collection?

the gt2 needs a correction. I started working on it a while back but wasn't getting far with my DA, the clear coat is diamond hard. I'll do it once I buy and get used to a rotary

they aren't car covers, just cotton bedsheets. Were doing some renovations on the buildings on either side and the workers have been walking over the roof and it's causing alot of dust and crap to fall inside
