Last night I was watching a new episode of Top Gear where the cast came to the U.S. to drive some cars on the east coast. At some point in the show, Jeremy was getting his tire changed at a shop in North Carolina, when I noticed that a young man that was helping him was wearing what appeared to be a DB tee shirt with the sleeves cut off!!! I'm pretty sure that it was a DB shirt but they blurred the letters on it when they edited it for the air. Did anyone else see this as well or am I going crazy(er)?
i thought the same thing so i just had to double check. at first- a quick glance from the side...it did look like the curved circle and "iss" from the tail end of "bliss". but then the angle turned to the front and it was cooper tires =(
That was a good episode. 3 fantastic cars, beautiful scenery, and a bunch of good ol'boys havin' a time. That mayor seemed like a good hand! PS. That would be Season 15, Episode 7, for those curious.
Gaber, thanks for posting those shots and clarifying it. Did you just do a print screen of it? Grease- I agree with you!! That was a very good show. I prefer the UK show so much more than I do the US version. Even my wife who doesn't really watch the show says that she prefers the UK gang much more than the US cast. I don't even watch it. I can't seem to get in to it and find them dull.
RustyBumper - print screen did the trick I honestly cannot stand the US Top Gear at the moment. It feels too scripted even down to the jokes; there's awkward silences, no chemistry, etc... I understand its the first season and will probably get better. I watched the first few seasons of UK TG and it wasn't nearly as entertaining as it is now. Gives US TG some hope but I highly doubt that USTG will ever come as close to UKTG
