My stang was due for a light polishing and a clean up so since the weather was a little nasty i decided to go ahead and clean her up. I acquired a pot of Rubbish Boys Original Edition and really wanted to try it out. I gave the car a Polish with 106FA then did all the toppings!! Came out GREAT!!! RBOE makes red look SO crisp. I like how it looks wet and crisp at the same time. RBOE is a PITA to apply, but it pretty easy to remove.... The results show!!! That looks fantastic, great work! I used to not be a fan of that color but I've not seen it properly maintained...you have officially changed my mind on it :thumb:
That looks awesome! It's nice to see a Mustang of that year in such pristine condition. You did an amazing job!
great looking finish i agree, rboe on red works so well yet it doesnt get enough exposure because people straight away jump to oily waxes like souveran. Ive played around with souveran and dont see the attraction as it seriously reduces clarity and thats the last think you want after spending hours correcting. RBOE has great clarity for a carnauba paste i was quite suprised when i used it with Dodo LP on my dad's red 430 16M scud (detail posted here somewhere)
I totally agree with this. The clarity of RBOE is Excellent. I honestly like the Wet Look of Ezyme more but i think the clarity and crispness of the RBOE is just tits!!! I really like it. its like Tropicare White Pearl but with a little more shine. I really like it.
Great work! That red really looks dripping wet. And that one pic at the gas station with the sky in the background is awesome.
Thanks for the comments. Been driving the car ALOT the past few days. I am gonna do a wash next week and apply a second coat of RBOE.
