Thanks for all your inputs. I will check to see if my Costco has any Samsung around that price range. At present I would like to buy from Costco as I am more comfortable with their return policy, should something go wrong.

Thanks! I am not in a hurry, and I just thought I could throw this question in here just to gather inputs with these TVs.

    Will be back here soon.

    Cheers everyone!:thumb:

I've had a Vizio 32inch since 2006 and have not had a single problem or issue.

    Around 650 shipped from Amazon.com

1080p screen, quality plasma TV's "generally " have more natural colors and are better are displaying deep blacks (movies).

How far are you sitting from the screen ?

IMO watching movies in 240hz is great sometimes especially when its a fast paced movie, but a lot of times I turn it off because it makes the movie or shows ook low production (as in homemade) because of how real it looks. Does that even make sense lol

Other than that I would wait for a deal on the samsung LED televisions, the prices are dropping steadily every month and I honestly don't believe any of the other companies are on par at the moment. My only gripe with it is that the remote eats the batteries nothing.

Also, the knock on LCD's are "so so" viewing at off-center angles. You need consider how your seating is set up in the room.

Me too, been a great TV too. I do have 2 Samsung's that I have not had issues with either though but they are plasmas.
