jose, it is cool man. everybody wants something for nothing. I am aware of this and have to protect what I have spent a couple years researching. time and money and now exhaustion. I am so ahead of the curve at this point though I am confident we will be successful. promise to be on here every day (almost) to see what you guys are talking about and doing. as far as the valet detail guys go. if any of their employees come on here and read this, I want to make it clear that I am not critisizing your service, your quality, your ability, your integrity. I was simply shocked that you were able to run your business with those prices. Good for you guys! I am happy for you and it was great talking to you in person. very pleasant people working for their company godoman
Godoman i hope you are successful with your endeavors. I really like to hear how people do stuff like this and perhaps at some point down the road i could do something like this.
working on doing the businss plan right now. honestly, doing all the research over the past couple years vs the business plan right up, I will do the two years of research any day. writing out a plan takes alot of time getting into words that are presentable. godoman
well right now we have a deadline to get it done by this december. we want to show it to the SBA in seattle and from there we will also try to keep in mind that there are angel investors to try and get. we want to get a loan for as much as 300k to do everything we want and to have plenty of money left over to play around with once the shop is open to cover unexpected costs. car dealerships, we will continue to hit them up to raise more capital as they are more than happy to have us come to them and leave the cars parked on the lot while we go around steaming and waxing the cars. cuts down on risks of them having to move the cars around to be washed. malls, we might have to start off small so we are also gong to write up another plan to approach a mall and we are going to hire someone to talk to the management in the mall as we feel we look too young to be taken seriously. negotiating is not what i am good at when it comes to this stuff. picking up the trade and doing the number crunching I can do. just not approach. banks, we will be using the SBA to go to the banks. we have to make sure that they plan covers everything and is very direct and we can back up the numbers with minimal cars possible per day to make a profit. godoman
