99% of my DD orders have been shipped the same day. When I used to live in PA, I would get my stuff next day without paying next day prices.

Now that I live in VA it takes 2 days MAX to get my stuff down here.

I have exchanged emails with Phil at 6am (on a weekday) in the morning several times. He's beyond customer service IMO ...

Sounds like a sweet deal Phil but USPS offers different size flat rate boxes out to Hawaii. Wouldn't you be able to use them?
