I just got my replacement from CG, its about my polish turned to water. How they packed just amazed me. USPS Flat rate box 7" x 7" x 6" could load up 3pcs MF 24x16, 1pc MF 16x16 and 1 bottle 16oz polish. Finally, It suprised me that CG deal my prob in very quick. I dont know, maybe this prob this by Paul himself. TBH, their service or email response was very slow before or you wont hear from them at all. I came across this thread while searching for the 3N Polish. I've got mine today, and it looks very thick rather. I wonder what may have gone wrong with yours. Anyway, I won't be using it until Monday, and just wanted some feedback on this product... Thanks...
its quite good product, used it one time by hand n applicator. very nice result .... i think its one step polish it supposed very thick, unfortunately my first purchased turn to watery less than 6months. Anyway, I got replace new one by CG.

So how was the finish? did it remove any swirls and light scratches like its supposed to? ill be using it with a pc in a week or so. thanks alot for your time.
i dont expect much by using hand though ... however, it could remove very light swirls on back of handle. I think will have more cut if using machine like DA. Pls do review if you try it out by DA. Gdluck
