I just checked the Detailed Image website and they are carrying the Glossworkz wash soap. I need them to start carrying the CG's "stripper's scent" that I'm dying to try out.
I took advantage of this deal and I'm going to try it out in a few weeks. I almost bought the stripper scent at CG's, but shipping was kinda steep. hopefully someone on the east coast decides to sell it.
That was my main reason for it, but did I make a mistake by only buying the gallon... I feel bad I didn't get anything else...Did I miss any must have deals? adn with DI can you add anything to your order after its placed? for those that have tried it..how slick is the shampoo and how much lubrication does it offer while washing? A direct comparison to Optimum car wash would be great if you can.
This would be a good comparison. I JUST tapped my first gallon of Optimum car wash and LOVE it. Although, to be honest, I've only used CWG, CWC, and Meg's gold class.
Optimum is the best soap i have run across, that an 1Z Perls. Thats why im so curious about this soap. Seems to be heavily favored.

It's VERY slick...at least to me. It doesn't foam up that much though, but it's super smooth. I'm not too sure about the cleaning ability as I wash my cars so often that my neighbours think I'm a freak. I'll try to play around with it a bit and post back, since I've only used it once. But as of now, I'll probably pick Citrus wash Clear over the glossworkz... I also have a bottle of Optimum car wash not opened yet, so I'll give that a try and keep you updated in about a week or so to try out both of them.
