Color printer

    I want to print some photos. Would it be cheaper to go to Walmart and have them printed out or buy a color printer?

    Anybody got any ideas??

    It will still be more cost effective to go to Walmart or Costco to print pictures...Photo paper isn't cheap, and you will be using a lot of ink, which isn't cheap either...I think you will still be better off to go to Walmart or Costco...

    4x6's are only like 20 cents a piece at Walmart. 5x7's jump to like 2 bucks a piece.

    Heath if you want the photo to last for any amount of time than you will want them to be developed at a store or there are a few online places that you can upload your picture and they will mail you the pictures. The online places are usually cheaper. The pictures fade fairly quick when printed on a color printer. Especially if exposed to sunlight. I've tried a few including the Kodak systems.
