Just thought Id start a show-off thread were all us mobile detailer's can post up photos of there set up. If you work from a unit/garage please post up aswell Here's my set up in my van. Pretty much designed so everything had its own storage place. Also had water/petrol proof resin floor laid in back. Van wearing several coats of Zaino which is due to be stripped shortly, its gave me 10 months of protection. Renault Trafic Van with its winter wheels on 400ltr baffled water tank boxed in at bulkhead storage for duffle bags on top of water tank which has my rotary's and other bits Kranzle Petrol PW Only thing missing is my extractor, tripod halogen lights and few bag's of my Swissvax gear. Sometimes load the generator in but only when its needed (not very often)
Thats a nice van, love the set-up to! Very nice. Love the red on the Opel I will post pictures when I am finished with my new place.

i do have two, the one in photo is a 6 liter but the other one is slightly smaller (3 liter) which i use for wheel cleaner.. I can source them for you. They are not cheap but do last and spare bits are available to buy aswell which is good. They also do hand spray bottles which i have just changed over too as they are far better quality than any other i have used. Here's a link Sprayers
oooh thanks for the link, now do you pick them up localy or do you order them online? Oh are there any other colours by any chance, I like blue but the second one it would be nice to have it at a different colour that's all :shrug: If you pick them up localy if you could help me out with them that would be great but if you order one line I can just order them on line as well.
i can get them from a local rep or order online...i may be able to get a bit of discount from rep but not that much as they dont get much one their self yes only colour is blue
I picked up the trailer today. It's looking nice. here are some exterior shots. A few test fit pictures The walls and floor were upgraded to 3/4 plywood. The air tank is 60 gallon 220volt The generator is 8500 continuous and 10k peak The water tank is 150 gallon. The recovery tank is 30 gallon with auto pump out. The vac is 2 3 stage blowers, 2400 watt inline heater. Tthe pressure washer is 6.5 hp 500-2300psi. today i spent most of the day getting a few supplies from here and there. After that 1 vacuumed the floor, 2 taped off the walls, and other areas. 3 Painted the walls and floor with Bin pigmented shellac. Let dry. 4 Painted the walls with a White high gloss exterior paint. 5 Painted the floor with a No-slip non skid paint. Waited for it to dry. 6 Removed two door trays as they were mounted 18" to low. They were riveted so i had to drill out the rivets. 7 Drilled out the 4 holes for the air compressor feet. Two holes were through steel. So i tapped those 1/2x13. 8 Bolted the two tapped holes first. 9 Bolted the 2nd two holes next 10 Strapped the tank to the wall with Water heater strapp. pics. Busy day. I started out by wiring the air compressor. Finding all the fittings, finding the hose and air regulator. Home depot and lowes had nada of what i needed. I ended up finding all of the fittings i needed at ace hardware of all places. I then laid out the pressure washer, water recovery system, tank, hot water heater, hose reel. There is so much more to do with the pressure washer system. I can not even test run it till i receive the missing parts Jeremy @ pressurewasher.net. After that i got the generator up and running. I need to seal up the exhaust piping and tighten it up. I also have to strap it down underneath the trailer. I need to do this for both the pressure washer and generator. Tomorrow i will finish the air compressor. Then i will build the benches on the left of the water tank, and the right of the air compressor. Today was hell, First i re wired the old battery to the generator battery. To i had to crawl under the trailer drill holes, run wires etc. Now the trailer and the generator use the same battery. After that i assembled the work benches and shelving for the drivers side of the trailer. After sliding it in getting it where i wanted it and leveling it out. I screwed the 2 ton work bench to the wall and floor. I went to lowes and picked up a few things, one was a replacement plug for the air compressor. the guy at ace handed me an L14-20 i needed an L14-30. what is the difference you ask. The the size of the plugs, and a bent prong. After replacing that the whole thing fired up just wonderfully. I then assembled the work bench for the front of the trailer, along with attaching the air reel to it. I tried it for a bit on top of the work bench but i think that will eventually get in the way of my coffee machine, and microwave combo. [] (i am a seattlite) I then focused on getting the exterior door hanger/ racks re hung. Originally they had been mounted 8 inches from the bottom of the door. Putting the work shelf below waist level. I had to drill out the rivets, cut some 1/4" ply to fit the shelving. (doors were backed with 1/8" ply not the 3/4 of my walls). I then used liquid nails, and screws to attach the door, ply and shelves to each other. I attached my vac hose, garden hoses, pressure wand hook, foam cannon hook, upholstery tool hook. After that it was a quick bit of organization from what was in both my garage and tahoe. After i receive the missing bits from the pressure washer vendor it will be ready for a few test runs. pics. couple of test fits for bulk products. FWIW i received the missing bits and pieces from Jerry today. I was able to finally get the Hot water heater connected, along with use the wand. I will used the eyelet bolts to change out my strapping on the tank. Th foam canon works awesome. 1"-1.5" of foam on the car when you spray it. I will try and get pics of it on a car tomorrow. The HWE is working fine, I had to buy a L5-30 amp plug because the PEV2 kept blowing my 20 am circuits today. (every 5 min) I also noticed that the male plug they supplied with the PEV2 is a 15am plug. So now that i set it to the 30 amp 120 volt circuit it should be just fine. I have had no problem running the 2400watt inline heater on my 20 amp circuits. I have not tested my Auto pump out or my water reclamation unit yet. I will see if that is feasible tomorrow. I only did a 20 min test run with everything today. Tomorrow i will give the whole set up a thorough going over. Hopefully i will have time to snap a few pictures for everyone. Now is the long process of fine tuning the lay out. If you look at the first of the last two photo's i moved my canopy sand bags to the rear along with the sand snakes for the water reclamation unit. I am sing if the extra 250lbs weight in the rear will change how the trailer tows. We will see. Trailer wrap is done. Passenger door side, Drivers flat side Rear doors. I am quite happy with how it came out.
very nice Grouse. Alot of work put in and looks awesome Very clean and well organized. Alot to be hauling about thats for sure but complete Air compresser is next to go in mine and a 4000w inverter so i can lose the generator.

awesome trailer man, I am in the process of trying everything I am going to need as well. I never thought about a heater, that is a great idea for those fall details. I was browsing the web and stumbled upon rightlook and been talking with them for the past week or so. I want to build the trailer myself because I want it to be personalized like yours. I am looking into a 6x8 but after seeing your setup I want to go bigger!!! again sweet setup

i can think of one straight away-that trailer is going to be restricted to where you can go with it. I have been to places where its been a tight squeeze to get my van so no doubt Grouse will come across this at somepoint. I personally wouldnt want to haul all that around. Still excellent set up but a bit too much kit i would say imho
