Works on my end. Nice pictures Cooter. I have noticed on a couple other forums that people are shying away from photobucket. Is there a reason? I'm always behind the times on this kind of stuff.:shead::shakehead:
:shead::shead::shead::shead: Is there a message(s) missing? I do not see how this comment relates to Picasa or Photobucket.
my problem with photobucket is that the pictures seem pixelated on some parts. I use imageshack and have no issues
I have used Picasa for a while now and do like it. Like the software they have were I can upload right from it and also keep track of my albums.
Nice shots Heath. the only problem I've had with photobucket is sometimes a black box goes on a portion of the pic.
Beauty pics Heath. I may have to try it a well as I notice my pics lose some sharpness from my computer to Photobucket.
Picasa is fantastic, I use it all the time and it's THE program to use to quickly review all your pictures. Everyone should have it!
Bunky, its been easier for me to upload pics to Photobucket and then put the image in the thread. The reason it (to me) is that the sandisk card slides right into the port on my computer where as the Compact Flash card has to use a USB card reader or just plug the camera into the computer. I tried putting the img on the thread here a couple of times but it wouldnt work for me, like it does on Photobucket. Now when I upload to Photobucket, the images are smaller than they were on the sandisck card. However, this might be my own fault for having a smaller jpeg selected on my 50d. I do think the img quality is better with Picasa. Its even a free download from Google. Its that Photobucket is a little more convienient for me when posting pics on a forum. Its a little easier to view a pic in a thread instead of having to click a link. Thats how it relates to me. Thanks for the comments guys. Hopefully I'll get some moonshots soon and post them.
Trying again!! http://lh5.ggpht.com/_2d_ZpXBPGfo/S0m3LyXkttI/AAAAAAAAATc/n8K9rkdSECY/s800/IMG_2694.jpg
Ken, I got a new lens. Sigma 50-500mm Bigma. I'll be able to get some moonshots with this lens. The next new moon isnt til Jan 31st. We'll see!!!!!!!!
First download to Picassa, export picture to folder and create watermark and change size. Then upload to photobucket for easy posting on forums or websites....works for me!
