Vapor Chief vs. Mytee Lite II

I'm trying to convince myself that I don't necessarily need a Mytee Lite to compliment a Vapor Chief.

Apparently from what I've read/seen online, the Vapor Chief is capable of cleaning carpets fairly well. Yet there's still a part of me that feels the need to have a Mytee as backup.

Can anyone convince me that the Mytee is not needed?

I'd love to save an extra $700-800 in start-up costs, if possible.

Any feedback on the pros and cons of each is greatly appreciated!

 

In my mind nothing beats extracting the dirt.

^ Sorry, I should have been more specific. I have neither yet. I'm going to be purchasing the cheaper one soon though (not the 180), which is why I'm debating on the merits of the Mytee as a 1-2 punch in my arsenal.
