Premium Blue vs Wheel & Rim Citrus Cleaners?

I am talking about Chemical Guys' products.

They have CG Premium Blue Wheel & Rim Cleaner on the website for $16.95 per gallon.

They also have CG Wheel & Rim Citrus Cleaner that is NOT on the website for $16.95 per gallon.

Anybody used either of these or both of these and can give me some feedback? I am looking for a cheap tire cleaner and wheel well cleaner that is still safe for wheels. FYI, both products can be diluted up to 7:1 so it's not like one has an obvious edge over the other except one being CITRUS.

    Thanks,
    Emile

I know it's a but more but the new Diablo stuff is supposed to be the bomb...

A bit more is an understatement....

I dont see the point of using more expensive wheel cleaners ie:p21s, diablo, etc if you have clearcoated/painted rims.

To the OP, sorry I havent used either, but if your looking for an all around cleaner for tires, wheels and wheel wells, why not use something like Amazing Roll Off, or even cheaper, any degreaser?

    Thanks for the replies.

I agree with you guys completely but currently I am using APC+ 4:1 or Zep Citrus 4:1 and both are very high-alkaline cleaners. I'm not looking to go crazy over wheel safety but I'm sure there is a product in the similar price range/dilution levels that can clean tires and wheel wells and I don't have to worry about any overspray on the rims (I don't have good aim with spray bottles, haha).

It looks like one of these two products fit the bill, just wondering which one is better.

Btw, currently have two gallons of Diablo Gel, 7 liters of P21S Gel, and around 40oz of straight Sticky Gel, and 4 pre-dilluted 32oz bottles of Sticky Gel (2:1 in two bottles, 4:1 in two bottles).

Premium Blue, IMO, is more of a maintenance wheel cleaner. I typically use it for my regular clients and only really use the CG Wheel Gel for the tougher jobs.

Cool, thanks for the help. I just ordered a gallon of the Wheel & Rim Citrus Cleaner because it's supposed to be ph neutral so it can be allowed to dwell on the surface for a few minutes to clean. I think I'll mix up a bottle 4:1 and throw in a couple ounces of Sticky Gel to give it some cling.
