Wash your hands!! Wash Your Hands!! Wash Your Hands!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Looks like its affecting young ppl which is strange. Usually if influenza kills, its pediatrics and the elderly. So if you start having Flu-like symptoms ( Fever, Cough, Runny nose, Sore throat, Body aches, Headaches, chills, and fatigue). Some ppl have even had diarrhea, nausea and vomiting. See your doctor ASAP if you feel like you have any of these symptoms.
Yes, my diet consist of tater chips and soda :chips: Me and "Tha Dog" do jogg every morning 2 miles, just got back in :boxing: Good advice here^^^ I guess it pays sometimes to be OCD I have ALWAYS washed my hands probally a dozen or more times a day aranoia: I also use my t-shirt to open ANY public doors I come in contact with  :shead: Thats another thing I like about this site. I gave it, and I've been home from work for a week now.. My muscles akes, head hurts, my throat is sore and I have fever..
No, I haven't seen a doctor yet, and I'm not going to either, real men doesn't go to the doctor.. But serious, no the doctor don't want us in their office because of the contamination.. I work in a store so it's probably from there I got it.. For a normal person with a normal health it's no problem.. My mum had it couple a weeks ago and she has a heart failure and it was no problem for her either, she actually felt better than I have the last days...
It's not that different from the regular flu with the exception of some GI symptoms (vomiting and diarrhea). Basically you're laid up in bed because you feel like crap for about 4-5 days, then you get better. Just remember to wash your hands a lot, don't touch your face unnecessarily, and get the vaccines when they come out. I've seen about 10 cases, non have even come close to dying. None have needed antivirals either.
A friend of mine in Philly had it. He was quarantined for 3 weeks and was given a clean bill of health and sent on his way.
