Swissvax pneu

    Phil @ DetailersDomain finally got to me. His numerous details feature this product while I really didn't feel like spending 20$ for a tire dressing product.

    Spray directly on tire

    I normally spray 7 times around the tire

    Apply with the uber applicator all around the tire

    You can still see some white product left one the tire, but you can clearly see how the tire is matte and left a nice natural finish.

    After 3 weeks, you can still see that the product is active on the tire and showing a nice matte finish.

    Impressions:

    Never had a tire dressing product that last more than 2 days and on the downside, for the most of them, the tires just "spit" the product all over your car when you are going out for a ride.

    I hate the shiny tires, they just look so fake. This one leaves a nice matte finish and is very natural looking.

    Wipe on, wipe off. Just make sure your tires are clean before putting it on.

    At around 20$ a bottle for 250ml, some people will have a hard time buying it. This is one of those product that really does work as intended and your bottle will last.

    To each is own, it has this tutti-frutti smell to it.

    this is one of the very best tire dressings out there...It smells amazing, and is very durable...the only down side is the price - it is not cheap...for the money I prefer Tropi-Care tire dressing. Same look, same durability, but no scent...and it is much cheaper.

    Spray it on the applicator then apply it to the tire.:angel:
    If it's running down your wheel onto the tire...then it's a safe bet your getting overspray onto the paint also.

    My feelings exactly. Great review though. I agree with SSTG about spraying on the applicator and applying. I can do a whole tire with Pneu with 2 or maybe 3 spritzes on an applicator and I can do an entire tire with only 2 sprays of Tropi Care on an applicator. This way you get a great look, no overspray, and use a lot less product.

    This is the only tire dressing that I will use. Pricey yes but well worth it.

    for me i have to spray swissvax on my tires because there all terains tires . with the new swissvax sprayer head it doesnt really take much a little goes far.. i do want to try that tropicare i hear so much about ...

    Could try using the Pneu brush to get into the tread blocks.

    See I'm a sucker for the high gloss on the tire, which is why I use Hyperdressing at full strength. It looks unfinished to me if it's not a good amount of gloss. +1 on the brush to get into the tread, I recently used my Swissvax Wheel Brush to get into some deep 37 inch tires.

    They also make a good pre-wash for stripping LSPs that is pretty cost effective.
