    :help:

    Ok - I may be dense and not finding it in the directions or just have had bad luck finding what the speed settings translate to on the Flex.

    I have the 3401 - love it - going to stick with it for the summer and then pick up a Rotary as i polan to get into some painting.

    ANYWAY - Wouldbe great if someone could give me some input on settings

    1 = ? rpm
    2 = ? rpm
    3 = ? rpm
    4 = ? rpm
    5 = ? rpm
    6 = ? rpm

    I have graduated from driveway hobby to a decent little operation - SMALL - but decent for these economic times - all with the Flex so I am hooked for good LOL

    Ben

    It doesn't work on RPM, since it's a DA it runs on OPM or Oscillations per minute.

    I'll try to dig up the info for you.

    Thanks guys - Cooter excellent review thank you for pointing me there - I had looked at the speed plate and thought that the measurements were a little whacky and after reading and seeing Lifemal's post and reading the review OPM seems to be the measurement we need :)

    Also after reading more up on it I am very glad i got this tool as my first DA - I am 6'1 210# and this handles like a dream - I can see this being a bit of a beast in compparison of size and operation for a smaller user.

    I have done 6 cars with this unit and Love it - apply product at 2 or 3 then move up to 4-5 for working it and then 6 for the final couple of passes once correction has been completed.

    LOVE IT

    Regards,
    Ben
