Anyone use this to pre-wash / wash their vehicle?
Is it as advertised - does "encapsulate" dirt particles that allows you to rinse it off. I'm thinking of getting this in the spring.

PS to the Calgary folks - wonder what type of fine you guys would get if you got caught using this thing!

I know if it wasn't for that, Carlos would have a dozen of them haha.

I think it looks really really cool, and it might make your wash a hint faster...but I don't really think it is a big deal. I know someone will disagree with me but thats cool.

I have already gotten my warning, the second ticket would be $1000.

I'm in Canada and here your not allowed to let chemicals go in the drain, if you do the fine is like what Calgary and sneek said $500 to $1000  I've never been fined my self...oooh apperently though you can wash your vehicle on the grass...but I dont know if that's true or not

Could some one help me here please,I would like to know if I get one of these FoammasterII guns ,would it fit properly on my simonize pressure washer gun? do I need a special adaptor for it? and if so how would I know what adaptor to order?
This is stopping me from ordering a foam gun I always wanted one but would not like to use it on a garden hose like the picture in AG,since my house has a lousy water pressure.
Would anyone know ?please help if you could..

distrbd, you live in Toronto right? So does Toronto allowe it's citizens to wash there vehicles out side? Just wondering. Oh and as for your question, from what I've been told from the UK buys that sell these guns they always recomend a picture of your connection. Like i said though that's just what I've been told from the UK guys that sell these units  don't quote me on that...oh you could also send a PM to shady http://www.detailingbliss.com/forum/f31/reflections-mobile-detailing-562.html he said he still has a few of them available.

I depends on who you call. Sometimes they say you can wash it if none of the water makes its way to the storm drain, some say NO washing with chemicals. Now I am usually pressure washing then ONRing...;) but occasionally I wash using another method...:tiptoe:

I'll take a pic of the connections its a good idea.
Toronto has no restrictions on washing cars outside,so i'm fine there(thank god for that eh?)

:D washing at night time is where it is at. I bucket wash at the car wash sometimes...if you go at midnight all the car crazy folk are there. It is like a 2 day car show.

Did we ever learn what car wash the person used that generated the dense foam?

i understand your concern... this is with full normal water pressure (but not connected to a pressure system):
