This client called last summer about getting this car polished so I figured nows as good a time as any!! He's had the car for a few years but hasn't done much with it. As it was obvious it would need more work than I could do in two days, I had Terence come out again. The vette was in pretty good shape with the odd RDS but was very dirty, especially the interior. I don't think the owner has ever had the top up.

Engine, jambs, around emblems etc cleaned with AG Powermax3
Tires and wheels cleaned with AG Custom Wheel Cleaner
Washed with RG Aqua Bathe. The more I use this soap the more I like it.
Clayed with Riccardo Blue and Automagic Bodyshine for lube.
Polished with Menz Power Finish/LC CCS Orange and Scholl S03+/ GI Pads
    Finished with Scholl S40/Black CCS
LSP was Gloss-it Gloss Finish x1 and Concorso x1
Tires dressed with Gloss-it Tire Gloss
Exhaust tips polished with DG Metal Polish
Leather conditioned with DG Leather Conditioner

    Total time - 15 hours

    Also available in chrome!

Because of the colour, it was almost impossible to get any decent 50/50s
    [IMG]

After Terence polished the hood and BEFORE any LSP. Dude can polish!

Marring from washing was actually very light. This is the only decent shot I could get. Looks like I'll be doing what DSMS said and turn the lights out next time.

    A little flake for you!

One of the many scratches all over the car
    [IMG]

    Taillight before...

    and after.

    Scratch on front fender...

    and after the Terence treatment!

Looks like I'll be looking into that Snap On scissor lift! Gloss-it BP and pads with Scholl polish. Awesome

Looks great Ken, I have a black 03 to do at the end of the month and the guy left his top down in a thunder storm over night. It should smell nice by the time I get it.

Damn I don't know what else to say, I think I've used just about every superlative in my vocabulary when responding to your threads. I haven't been tempted to try the Gloss-it line yet but you do make it look good. Phenomenal work as always Ken.
