    I’m going to say something was in the mf towel or he just used too much pressure, the STI is easily scratched but only if you put pressure on it.

    The dust or something but cockpit is liquid you can’t scratch with that.

    It’s the mf or the pressure that was put on it.

    According to lifemal, the owner went to the dealer and asked them about it, I have not gotten any further reports.

    I work at a car audio shop and I've experienced similar damage to dashboards. Usually it's when we clean it. Sometimes the cleaner we use will soften the surface (only for a second) just enough that it actually pulls the color off the plastic while we're wiping. I've even seen it done with alcohol. I don't know what these companies use to color these pieces with. There are people that do work specifically for dealerships to correct issues just like these. Best of luck!:thumb:

    Update: There is no update yet. HAHAHA

    Still waiting to hear back from Adam. He's a pretty busy guy but I've been pushing him a little bit to get this resolved.

    We're still working on it!
