So i got a package from detailersdomain on saturday, and obviously i was stoked. As of late i've become something of a swissvax addict. Pneu, Quick finish, cleaner fluid, and Glacier wax, all fun stuff. I needed more pneu and wanted soem quick finish so i placed the order, and as usual Phil was awesome and had it to me in a week. but when i opened the package, much to my dismay, i found that the caps on both the quick finish and the pneu were loose, and there was product all over the inside of the box. about a quarter of the product in both bottles had soaked into the box, leaving a pleasant smell, but a nasty mess. Be careful with swissvax bottles, and make sure to include a not when you buy it for the seller to check the caps. stupid swissvax:gasp:
you should try to contact phil or sv directly and see what can be done. phil has always been great at taking care of customers.
I wrote swissvax an email, as far as im concerned it doestn involve phil. He's always been good to me. maybe swissvax will make things right
Didn't you order it from Phil? :shead: Either way, the parties involved include Phil, Swissvax and the shipping company that was used. It seems that the shipping company may be at fault.
Called swissvax, they said that they've been having this problem alot with their sprayer heads, so i just need to send phil a picture of the box and all that and hell replace it, then swissvax will give him the money for it.

this happened to my friend too. i think it's more of their packaging problem with the new pneu spray nozzles
