I am wondering if anyone can recommend a good nuba based spray wax.I use aquawax on cars that wear synthetic products and field glaze on the more expensive jobs but I need that product that fills the gaps.I was thinking of optimum but I used the old formula and it seemed always streak bad.
Mark-V fastwax. Call to order from mark-v directly. only way to really get it in the states. they are based in Cali! I got a 32oz bottle from them. price wasnt bad either.
1. Z-8 Grand Finaleā¢ Spray Seal (can be used on either a polymer or a Carnauba wax) 2. Pinnacle Crystal Mist (Carnauba wax only)
I have a new bottle of Optimum Spray Wax and love it. No issues with streaking. Werkstat Carnauba Jett is a little more finicky, but works very well also.
Do you have a method for this? I have a bottle of it but I haven't used it yet kinda cause I'm afraid to. How's the durability and look?
I'ved used Optimum Spray wax when wet, dry, and to buff off poli-seal residue without any issues. I loved it but DGAW price keeps me coming back to that over the OCW. Never tried the original OCW.
I bought a gallon of the new OCW so I hope it works well... What do you mean by fills the gaps? Do you mean fillers? Or a product to use between heavy wax jobs?
Both are spray on, wipe gently back and forth until they flash off, then flip towel over and buff off. The trick with spray and wipe products is to keep one towel for buffing only. If your buffing towel is even damp, you'll just keep pushing product around.
I love AW too, especially the smell. I typically clean the front end and side mirrors - then top with AW, about every 1-2 days in the bug season.
OCW is awesome :thumb: Souveran Spray Wax isn't as durable, but has a more dramatic look IMHO :afro: I'd recommend giving the SSW a try..
I use OCW a ton on my details. The new version is awesome. A lot better looks and a lot more slickness over the older version.
