At the detail shop I work at we all have individual lockers with the same supply chemicals as everyone else. For some odd reason my co-worker always gets crap from my locker uses it all up and he doesn't use his shit. I don't really care cause it's not my chemical and I can always refill it. Now for detailing everyone knows that after detailing your hands get all beat up and dirty so I carry my own soap cause the soap in the bathroom can't clean anything but just make your hand smell good. Today my co-worker went through my locker again and grabbed my hidden capped off bottle and then started buffing the hood of a black BMW 650. Not doing a test spot and just went to town on the hood he then calls me over and says what the hell is he doing wrong? The entire hood looks like someone took sand paper and just went at it. I check the pad for him and there's nothing wrong with the pad and then i asked what chemical did you use....He goes and replies "I went through your locker and grabbed the capped off chemical bottle in the back next to your microfibers and it smells good but doesn't do anything." I replied "DUDE!!!!!!! That's not a polish or a cutting compound.....it's freaking heavy duty hand soap!" My co-worker goes and calls me an idiot for putting hand soap in a capped off squeeze bottle and why i didn't put it into a pump action dispenser. I told him that i didn't want something else to break when it's not needed. So the end of the story he told my supervisor that he's not doing the BMW and blames everything on me. Supervisors reaction was funny cause he called the other worker an idiot.
Your supervisor was right. Your coworker IS an idiot Who grabs a mystery bottle and just goes to work? And on an area as inconspicuous as a HOOD? What a moron...
:lol2: :lol2: :lol2: Oh that's a good one, talk about carma though :lol2: :lol2: Hey you wouldn't happen to have a picture of your co-worker would you...oh just wondering that's all :giggle:
Yes I do....here's a picture of him that i took when the company took everyone to Dorney Theme Park in the summer.
I agree, he has no respect! I would ask him to stop getting supplies out of your locker. I would also start locking your locker whenever you are away from it. I am sure that would be a PITA for you, but it should not take long for him to break his habit. Good luck!
Alright here's what you do. Plant an untamed cougar inside your locker. He'll never go in it again. I can't believe he did that.
Its nice to see this day and age that some companies are still hiring the handicapped. Does your boss get a gov't subsidy for him?
I love the fact that i the only detailer at the toyota dealership where i work... everything gets set up the way i like it. The guy sounds like a rectal bandit, i'd tell him to keep out of your stuff, then kick his ass if he touched your stuff again
